Kalkan is situated 140 km south – east of Dalaman airport. Best flights are the early am. Most of the major airlines have charter flights along with scheduled flights into Dalaman during the summer.

Mustafa Goktepe and his father, Joseph, pronounced Yosef, have a taxi and transfer business. They provide a 24 hour transfer service to the airport and you can coordinate your departure times with them. 
We use them whenever possible around Kalkan as well.  There are other companies providing the same services if you wish to check them out.
